About this truffle

Earl Grey Truffle is made with bergamot oil — not flavouring, not extract, the real cold-pressed oil from Calabrian bergamot. We fold it into a dark chocolate ganache that uses a 65% base so the bergamot has room to breathe. The result is floral and citrusy without being perfumy. The shell is dark chocolate painted with a purple and grey pattern.

Each truffle takes three days. We temper the chocolate, blend the ganache, fill and roll on the second day. Third day is rest and packaging.

Storage: keep at 16-18°C, eat within 2 weeks. Don't refrigerate.
