We ship across Canada, mostly avoiding the heat. Here are the details.

Tracking is provided for all orders. You'll get an email when your order ships and another when it's out for delivery.
Heat policy
Chocolate melts. We don't ship when forecast temperatures at the destination exceed 26°C for any day in transit. If you place an order and we can't ship safely, we'll contact you to:
- Hold your order in our studio until temperatures drop, OR
- Add a $5 insulated liner (+ice pack) for extra protection, OR
- Cancel for a full refund — your choice, no questions.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or is the wrong item:
- Take a photo within 48 hours of delivery
- Email hello@alinenasseh.com with the photo and your order number
- We replace or refund within 2 business days. No need to ship the damaged order back.
Order changes & cancellations
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, no questions.
- Once we've started production (hand-painting the bonbons), your order is non-refundable — but we'll do our best to accommodate changes if we can.
- Corporate & wedding orders: 50% deposit is non-refundable. Balance refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before your ship date.
Storage & shelf life
Our bonbons are hand-painted and made fresh weekly. For best flavour, eat within 3 weeks of delivery.
- Store at 16-18°C (cool room temperature). Don't refrigerate — it'll cause chocolate bloom (white film).
- Keep away from direct sunlight and strong odours (chocolate absorbs smells).
- Sealed in original packaging, our bonbons keep well for up to 6 weeks. After that, the caramel may crystallise and the shells lose their snap.
Gift messages
Add a free handwritten card at checkout. We hand-letter your message on a small card included in the box. Up to 200 characters. We don't print, photocopy, or photograph the messages — they live in our studio for the production day, then the box.
