1. Browse the shop or build a custom box (4, 9, 16, or 25 pieces).
2. Add what you want to the cart. The cart lives in your browser — no account needed.
3. At checkout, fill in your delivery address and pick a payment method. There's no live card form; Aline replies within one business day with a manual invoice (e-Transfer, credit card over the phone, or a Stripe invoice link).
4. Once payment clears, we make your order in the next production batch (Wednesdays) and ship within 3 business days.

For any account-specific question (tracking an order, changing an address on a recent order, etc.), email us and we'll get back to you within one business day.

On the static site, order history is kept in email and on Aline's side. The list below is illustrative — for your actual orders, email us with the name and email used at checkout.
