We roast kabocha squash until it's caramelized, blend it into a 38% milk chocolate ganache with our own pumpkin spice mix (Vietnamese cinnamon, fresh ginger, clove, allspice, black pepper). The shell is hand-painted in a burnt orange.

Late September through November. Most pumpkin spice stuff is over the top — this one is restrained. The squash is the lead, the spice is the backup singer.

38% Madagascar milk chocolate, kabocha squash (roasted), cream, butter, cane sugar, vanilla, Vietnamese cinnamon, fresh ginger, clove, allspice, black pepper, sea salt.

Allergens & dietary

Contains dairy. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts and soy. Vegetarian. Not vegan. Not gluten-free certified. Limited release — only while the seasonal ingredient is in season.

How it gets to you

Orders ship within 2-3 business days from our North York studio. We use expedited shipping because chocolate doesn't love sitting in a warehouse.

Shipping options

Standard (GTA): 1-2 business days, $8 (free over $150).

Standard (Ontario & Quebec): 2-4 business days, $12 (free over $200).

Express (anywhere in Canada): 1-2 business days, $25.

Local pickup: Free at our North York studio. Email to schedule.

Shipping in warm weather

We add an insulated liner and cold pack when the forecast is over 24°C. It's included in the shipping cost — no surcharge. If your bonbons arrive warm, email us a photo and we replace them.
