Sparkling Champagne Bonbon

How it tastes

Real champagne — we use a dry brut from a small house in Champagne — reduced and folded into a 38% milk chocolate ganache with a vanilla bean. The wine gives a clean, dry finish, not sweet.

The bonbon for New Year's Eve, an engagement, or any Tuesday that needs to feel different.

How it gets to you

Orders ship within 2-3 business days from our North York studio. We use expedited shipping because chocolate doesn't love sitting in a warehouse.

Shipping options

Standard (GTA): 1-2 business days, $8 (free over $150).

Standard (Ontario & Quebec): 2-4 business days, $12 (free over $200).

Express (anywhere in Canada): 1-2 business days, $25.

Local pickup: Free at our North York studio. Email to schedule.

Shipping in warm weather

We add an insulated liner and cold pack when the forecast is over 24°C. It's included in the shipping cost — no surcharge. If your bonbons arrive warm, email us a photo and we replace them.
