We infuse dried ancho chilis into cream overnight, then strain and make a 72% dark ganache with the chili-fat milk. The heat doesn't hit up front — it builds for ten seconds after you've swallowed, then fades clean.

Not a gimmick. The chili makes the dark chocolate taste more like dark chocolate. We were surprised too.

Contains dairy. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts and soy. Vegetarian. Not vegan. Not gluten-free certified. Limited release — only while the seasonal ingredient is in season.

How it gets to you

Orders ship within 2-3 business days from our North York studio. We use expedited shipping because chocolate doesn't love sitting in a warehouse.

Shipping options

Standard (GTA): 1-2 business days, $8 (free over $150).

Standard (Ontario & Quebec): 2-4 business days, $12 (free over $200).

Express (anywhere in Canada): 1-2 business days, $25.

Local pickup: Free at our North York studio. Email to schedule.

Shipping in warm weather

We add an insulated liner and cold pack when the forecast is over 24°C. It's included in the shipping cost — no surcharge. If your bonbons arrive warm, email us a photo and we replace them.
